Consultation strands

The Westminster Housing Commission had three cross-cutting strands that ran alongside its formal meetings:

• The consumer perspective
• Employer needs
• The sustainability strand

In this section you can find an outline of the purpose of each strand and details of all events and meetings which took place as part of this work.

The Consumer Perspective – to gain an understanding of housing consumers’ views about the type of housing they need and aspire to. What sort of housing products would they consider and what housing issues do they experience living in Westminster neighbourhoods?
