Music In Libraries
The Music In Libraries series is a joint initiative between Westminster's Arts Unit and Westminster Libraries, which encourages people to access the libraries through a different medium.  Students and recent graduates from Westminster's music conservatoires, together with other Westminster based musicians, present concerts in a range of musical styles from Jazz to Light Classical.   Participatory workshops accompany the concerts, with visits from local primary schools and recitals in residential homes.  There are also special open workshops for children and young people.

Early evening concerts are taking place at Queen's Park Library, 666 Harrow Road, W10 4NE every Wed (4 July – 8th Aug 2001, 6 - 6.50pm).  The concerts on 25 Jul, 1 & 8 Aug will be preceded by open workshops for young people from 4 -4.30pm.  Admission Free.  For details call % 020-7641-2814 or pick up a leaflet in your library or One-Stop.
