The centre offers specially designed 'Courtney's' membership giving unlimited use of the gym, workout classes and swimming pool at great value for money. There is no joining fee, and no minimum contract period
 

Swimming Courses: are available for people of all ages and abilities. Please contact the centre for further details. Courtney's for Kids: Youth Focus (see page 26.)
                           

Other facilities include sunbeds, squash courts, table tennis, snooker room and sports hall (for football, badminton, volleyball and basketball). Alternatively, if you need somewhere to unwind and relax the health suite provides the perfect location.
