Terms & Conditions
1. Rescard applicants must be resident within the City of
Westminster when they make their application. To apply for your Rescard you must send the following: a) A completed
application form. b) A copy or original of one
of the following:a gas bill, a telephone bill, an electricity bill, a bank statement, a rental agreement or a letter certifying residence at an address in Westminster from a local doctor, dentist, solicitor, bank manager or Housing Association manager. (Originals will be returned to applicants). Elector numbers are not accepted as valid proof of residence.
2. A ResCard is valid for three years subject to the holder remaining resident in the City of Westminster. Each resident may only apply for one ResCard. A ResCard may only be used by the person it is
issued to. ResCards are issued by and remain the property of Westminster City Council. 3. Lost or stolen ResCards should be reported immediately to the ResCard office. On
production of a crime reference number, replacement cards will be issued free of charge, in all other cases replacement cards will be issued for a charge of £5 each. Cheques for replacement cards should be made payable
to "Metropolis International" and sent to the address below:

holder to concessions listed in the newsletter. These concessions are subject to availability and may be altered or withdrawn without notice. Concessions may not apply where some other concession or discount is already
offered and may only apply when using certain methods of payment. 5. Neither Westminster City Council nor its contractor shall be responsible for cancellation of events nor for any other circumstances in
which the holder, or person accompanying the holder, is unable to take advantage of listed concessions. Neither Westminster City Council nor its contractor will be liable for omissions or inaccuracies in the newsletters
nor the acts or omissions of any participating venue or promoter, nor for any loss, damage, expense, injury or death sustained by any person, howsoever caused, except insofar as the law prevents the exclusion of such
liability. |
