What country friend is this? A young girl is washed up on the shore after being wrecked at sea. The only way to survive in this strange new world is to dress as a boy. But then her new master's girlfriend falls in love with her. And she falls in love with her master. Shakespeare's great comedy of gender confusion is brought vividly to life.
